What data we process

• Subscriber and contact data (name, address, email, phone number)
• Contractual and billing data
• Call detail records (for providing the service and billing)

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to provide the telecommunications service (performance of a contract), for billing, and to fulfil statutory obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Retention period

Billing data is stored for the retention period required by accounting and tax law. Call detail records are subject to telecommunications legislation.

Data transfer

We transfer data only to the extent necessary to provide the service and in the cases required by law (e.g. number portability, authority requests).
